To All Michigan Chapter Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association Members and Associates
Chapter business meeting and lunch will be held in the private banquet room of the Eaton Pub and Grille, 214 S. Cochran, Charlotte, Michigan on Tuesday, May 23 starting at noon.
This will be a business meeting with an agenda along with lunch off the Eaton Pub’s menu. These meetings were an annual event before the pandemic so we have much to catch up on. The previous meetings were held at the Log Jam in Grand Ledge but they do not open for lunch now so this is a change of FAARP.
Agenda items will include lists of activities for possible chapter participation. Some are already underway but many more are available. There will also be an item concerning our Michigan Chapter legacy. As we wind down to the last man standing a plan needs to be developed for what we want to accomplish. As always there will be time for open discussions. More details to follow so check your emails.
If you are able to attend, please let me know at richdeer@att.net. The Pub would like a headcount to plan for supporting our gathering. But if you decide at the last minute, please come anyway. The last meeting we had before the pandemic totaled 24 including associates and wives. A good turnout is needed for the important discussions we have pending.
